COMMISSIONED WORK

• Love a specific style but have your own color palette? Want a certain style in a smaller size?  Let us know and we can create your dream piece.

• On any custom work: if the piece is finalized and the client does not approve and wants to make a change order, any changes will be at additional cost dictated by shop owner; cost varies per order. 

PRINTS

If at any time you see a piece of work that you would greatly appreciate owning but don't have funds to purchase the original - inquire about a print of the piece! Let us know the piece and the size and we can come back with a quote for you. 

MADE TO ORDER

Any piece(s) that is made to order can take up to 1-12 weeks or longer/shorter to make. The process is all dependent upon type of paint, thickness of layering, drying conditions, etc. 

PAYMENT

• Once payment is received your purchase will be shipped within 1-4 weeks depending upon whether or not a custom crate is needed for shipment.

• Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

• If made to order; payment must be remitted in order for the creation process to start.

LEASING

Greta Claire  offers art leasing to corporate, healthcare and hospitality clients located within the contiguous United States. Filling an empty wall with the character of original fine art helps bring life into any space. Whether it be for a special event, an empty conference room or lobby, a photo shoot, even a movie, we offer a huge range of works to help meet your specific needs. Regarding more information on art rental, leasing or purchasing, please send an email via the contact section.

SHIPPING

• Once payment has been received, the order will be shipped within 1-4 weeks depending upon whether or not a custom crate is needed for shipment.

• The shipping costs estimated at checkout are only for the contiguous United States. 

• If you're interested in shipping outside of the contiguous United States, please message us and we will be happy to provide a shipping quote for the desired destination. 

• All purchases will be shipped via the most cost effective route to the buyer unless stated otherwise. Generally via USPS or UPS.

• All purchases will be sent with a Direct Signature Confirmation. You must agree to have someone present at time of delivery to sign for acceptance of the package. This protects both you and Greta Claire, LLC from loss or theft of the purchase.  

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If you're a local of Minnesota, you may stop by the studio to pick up your order vs. pay for it to be shipped to your address. Before you purchase, just send a message to gallery@gretaclaire.com and we can make the appropriate arrangements. 

• If you're local and are planning on arranging a pick up of artwork(s) and omitting the packing & shipping fees, the piece(s) cannot be held unless already paid for. 

• Insurance will be purchased on every shipment to ensure the safekeeping of your purchase. 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

In a perfect world, everyone would love the work and have no issues. But, we're human and we all have second-thoughts. That's why we're here to make sure that all parties involved are satisfied. 

• Once package is received, there is a 1-day return policy.

• If it's decided to be returned, Greta Claire, LLC is not responsible for any shipping & handling fees.

• Must be returned in original packaging. 

• You must also purchase insurance coverage and signature confirmation for the price paid.

• Once Greta Claire, LLC receives it, it will thoroughly be inspected, and if the product proves to be in the same condition as it was went it was initially sent, you will be refunded the total cost minus the shipping, handling, insurance coverage, and signature confirmation costs. 

• Any custom/commission work is not eligible for return/refund.

• Any work sold at a Sale/discounted price is not eligible for return/refund.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES AND FAQS

• Keep in mind that colors may appear different on various computer monitors. If there is any question about coloring/texture, contact us and we will make arrangements so all parties involved are at a mutual understanding of the product.

• Greta Claire, LLC cannot be held accountable for the lasting durability once out of the control of the creator.  The environment of the piece(s) has to be appropriate for the artwork(s). Humidity, heat, sun, moisture, etc. all have a huge impact on the life-span of paintings/artwork. Once purchased, please do your best to ensure a proper environment for your new piece. A customer can be 100% positive that the best process is executed to help lengthen the prime years of a painting/artwork when in creation.
